Went there with my son's Cub Scouts. Great place, recently upgraded. Loved it
Service was good, pricing is absolutely insane though, not sure if I agree with charging by the person per game instead of by lane. They did warn us though before charging which I appreciate the ethicality, luckily I did not bring a large group of people. Also I think I’ve been here a few times over the past years and the lane I arrive to does not have pins set and you have to call the service and wait 5-10 minutes for them to push the lane reset button since there is no longer a button on the lane.
I brought my grandkids here on Tuesday August 4. I really wanted to give this place a better review, but Debbie at the counter was the rudest, nastiest counter person! I see by your other reviews that I am not alone in saying this. I really can’t understand why you have someone like this working for you. She really put a damper on the whole day. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because even thought there have been other complaints before mine, she is obviously still there and still being her rude self!
Its a rip off, I've never been to a bowling alley and 2 games costing over 100 dollars
