Corporate management ignores what is required to keep this facility working for the customers. Bowlero is understaffed for the lane maintenence repairs needed. Bowlers are frequently inconvenienced with lane breakdowns. Bowlers are commonly waiting 10 to 20 minutes to either move to another lane if available or wait for repairs to be done!
A bowling experience never expected after 30 years of bowling at this facility. This location was a previously owned by the Brunswick corp. Bowling was a pleasurable experience with consistent lane maintenace and support. Bowlero uncaring mismanagement has morphed this to broken down lane events regularly without quick repairs. There was a dog, the food took forever and was cold and most of the machines were down. Staff did not care. Never again!!!!




Alley is nice we liked the old school bowling alley look and feel. Reason it gets a 1 is because how the league are run. Signed up for a Friday night league and received and email to confirm first day and meeting time. Showed up early and was told they had to many teams signed up so sorry we were left out. I haven't bowled in like 20 years because my knees were bad, now that my knees are fixed I wanted to see how I would do. so I took my grandson with me, it was 42.00 for 2 games each and shoe rentals. if your going to charge that much money make sure your shoes work properly. you are suppose to slide on the approach not stick. I changed my shoes twice, I know they're house shoes but if you're going to charge 6.00 they should work better (after 2 rentals the shoes are paid for). there wasn't even a shoe brush behind the counte... read more
