I had a great experience here. Reyes was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped me redeem my prize with my arcade tickets and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He made me feel genuinely welcomed, and having friendly staff like him makes me want to keep coming back. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Reyes definitely went above and beyond. Thank you.
Worst service I ever received. Food was bad. Bar tender had a lousy attitude for no reason and our initial server. They told me they comped my bill only to find out they didn't. I called them about it the next day and they said they'd check with the 2nd server, and never returned my call or comped my food. I didn't even expect it, but that's what the 2nd server told me. This was almost a month ago. Checked my voicemail and everything. Idk what happened, seems like after they turned into a Lucky Strike, service just went down... read more
