If you actually bowl try a different spot. Lanes were very poor condition and manager was probably the most disrespectful person I have met in quite a while.
Counter guy not the most warm and fuzzy. Great snack bar! Too expensive to bowl. I worked at many bowling centers for 20 years and made people feel like we were happy for their business!
Since Matt left and Cam has been in maternity leave, I've watched my favorite bowling alley go to shit. Tonight was the WORST experience I've ever had bowling! Colin is NOT nice or pleasant. I've seen him a few times he rude to people and when there are a lot of people waiting on him, because he's slow, he is mean. He made people already bowling wait in the long line just to get a different pair of shoes! This may have been my last time going to this establishment. Fun little spot, typical bowling alley food, and the arcade games are pretty fun.
The manager Serenity, at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not honor the price we were told we would get prior to playing and she proceeded to charge our card on file with a different amount, therefore, robbing us and proceeded to kick us out after. Writing a review so that others can be aware about disrespectful grown woman that runs this place. Do better.
