Lady at the front told us they were doing a unlimited game promotion so we played for 3 hours. Then, they refused to give us the deal saying that “there’s no signs anywhere, we’re not doing unlimited for the holidays” and proceeded to rudely tell us that we were lying when we explained what we were told when we walked in. We went today, bowling alley is nice overall but some things I noticed. First, the ceiling fan where we were sitting had caked up dust on it. Then the smell of old frying oil was nauseating, the ladies room had no paper towels, and quite a few games were broken. However, the staff is super attentive and very nice so that’s the plus. I’m sure we’ll go back at some point, but I hope that they correct the issue with oil in the fryer.

We had a party there for my daughter and the staff who attended to us was phenomenal. They were available for each lane need we had, our food came out on time and they were all just overall friendly the entire time. I grew up going to this bowling alley and I love that it has not changed throughout the years. This was also the most stress free party I’ve ever had to host and it’s because of the helpful staff. Thank you!
