I haven’t bowled on a league in quite awhile but I do know this alley was disappointing. The people on the league were such a fun group but the bowling alleys were always breaking down and management expected us to wait until they fixed the lane causing us to get done late until the night. What I can’t believe is that management doesn’t offer any lanes to switch to unless we pay extra for that service? I have never been so disappointed. For one year I have enjoyed trying to bowl on a league at Bowlero Gulf Gate. I am retired and carefully watch each penny I spend. Tonight, our lane wasn’t working. We gave them 50 minutes to fix it and they were not able to. In addition, this was a league night and they had no other place to move us. Absolute garbage. This place has been going downhill for years. I have been bowling here on a league for more than 7 years and it just gets worse and worse. From, the disgusting bathrooms, to the lanes constantly breaking down every Monday night. This has got to be the pits. I am not sure if there is a lower word than worse, horrible, shameful. Very disappointing experience. We came for a family afternoon of bowling to celebrate a birthday and left wishing we had gone somewhere else. The staff was unfriendly and slow throughout our visit. The most shocking moment was watching a young employee at the front counter yell profanities at a supervisor before storming out—all in front of our kids.
