Me and my family had an amazing time at bowlero, great food, the drinks were really good, the staffs were nice, and me and my kids had a lot of fun.

Absolutely terrible experience. Our server, Kaylee P, was one of the rudest and most unprofessional servers I’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we sat down, the attitude was obvious, dismissive, cold, and completely uninterested in doing her job. We were treated noticeably differently compared to other customers around us, which made the whole situation feel uncomfortable and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience at Bolero Glendale Heights. The front desk staff was extremely arrogant and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone right from the start. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
I've seen other bowleros get nice updates this one needs it bad.
