The parking was good and the staff were really nice. The bathroom was clean but the lanes broke 2x during our visit. We barely got to finish our games because of the lane changes.
My family and I chose this location because, we wanted a more mom and pop feeling. The price of bowling has dramatically went up and we thought this place would have been different. Bowling locations have found a way to charge per person for only one lane. Very pricey if you have a family of 4 or more and want to play multiple games. Bowlero deserves 0 stars. ***UPDATE I called them with questions that I had, the front desk on the phone berated me for my questions, and I repeated what I was told by a manager on duty. I was told that If I had not received any information to reach out and call. I did just that and I was belittled over the phone and insulted. once they had me waiting for over 20 minutes and the front desk associates were on their phones ignoring me.
