My family and I went to the Bowlero in Fredericksburg, VA. for my son's birthday. He's special needs and really loves to bowl. From the moment we walked in, it seemed like the manager didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with people. The rest of his staff was pretty nice. We had issues with the bumper constantly falling and the manager would literally roll his eyes and either take forever to come fix it or we'd have to go back and ask someone else to help. My daughter goes every 2 weeks for special olympics and she enjoys it! We took her new ball to the shop here to get the holes drilled into her new ball. They did a really good job.
We had yellow light bulbs in the women’s bathroom for at least six months a while back. A toilet in women’s bathroom was broke and leaking water on the floor for about a year. Now the hand drier is broken. They have least installed paper towel. The faucet won’t shut off completely. A team member order French fries tonight and never got them.
