This gets a three because the staff tried really hard to make it better when everything went wrong repeatedly. We had to go to 4 different lanes. The first lane was next to a large party that was taking up our lanes seating as well. Not their fault and they happily moved us. Thw second lane we were at ate our balls and would not return them. Just want to say thank you to the server Lily for really taking care of us while we had our son’s birthday. She was so friendly and very attentive to us. My son had the best time there. We were very impressed with how clean the facility was even though it looked packed. Ryan, the manager on duty, was awesome. As we were leaving, he gave my son one last surprise and let him pick a stuffed animal from the machine, which was very kind of him. Will be recommending this place to our friends and family.
