The staff were really patient while setting up the reservation. We were going back and forth trying to figure out who was actually going or not to actually set the reservation. I must say the staff were really patient. During the whole process they were amazing. During the bowling the staff and server were amazing also. The food was also delicious. I would give them a 20 out of 10. Adrian which I spent basically half of the day with was amazing and also a couple more that I actually didn't get their name.
The food was on point and the drinks hit hard…
Bowlero gets a bad rep, but I have had no issues at all with this location. Staff is nice and attentive (especially during league play) and the on site pro shop is a must visit to build your game. Randy and his team in the pro shop are amazing. They listen, don't try to to up-sell, and ensure you get what you need for your game
It was all you could bowl, so I felt like we overpaid, since my child had a hurt leg and we knew we weren't going to do more than 2 strings. No way to just pay for the 2, which was too bad. If she hadn't been dinged up, maybe we would have been able to get the value from it.
