Big shout out to Karen! I am always prepared to know things will to right when I see her bubbly smile at entry. Listening to her train a new TM last night and flow of how she packaged it all up and powered through a transaction is flawless. I come all the time on my off day and she makes it worth the drive from Baltimore. As GM 341 I appreciate seeing the flows in order and done properly.
