First time visiting was yesterday’s my grandson birthday 🥳 3/23/25. We paid for reservations and when we arrived staff at front desk was all over the place girl didn’t know her job act like she didn’t see my reservation. Our host was lazy and he was poor at his job. Than they had my son party in the middle of the area where another party was they took over our lane. I refuse to stay in that area thank God for another employee who suggested we go to lane ☝🏼.
