Great place to have a good time, and they are venting back the summer pass!! Best deal to get the kids out this summer
We visited the Charlottesville location yesterday and while we had lane malfunction issues the staff was above and beyond. The servers were attentive and helpful, the lady at the counter was great and the manager on duty, Justine went above and beyond to be not only accommodating but also make up for the issue. This was the best customer service that I have seen in any establishment in quite a while!
Great bowling, great lanes, and even greater customer service from Joustine! Will definitely return
The general manger is a wonderful passionate guy the building was clean and all services was fast and efficient
