Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the events staff, and lack of willingness to come to a resolution. If you work in an organization that takes hundreds of people on events annually, do NOT book an event here. When something goes wrong, they will blame you, then stop responding when you follow up and refuse to call you back. Once they have your money, they don’t care to continue a conversation. The lanes are so bad. There was so much oil on the lanes, and there was even oil on the approach lane that I slipped and fell while I was bowling.
It was a great time. Excellent and attentive servers. Kids had fun. Totally recommend. Food was awesome.
