One of the worst experiences with the Manager, Zoheb, who was actually so degrading and rude not only about his staff - but towards us too! He FOUGHT us about a discrepancy from THEIR OWN STAFF and wouldn’t honour what we were told via the website AND from a phone conversation with their staff. Honestly? Truly disappointed with how he handled the situation and I feel bad for all the staff that have to work under his lack of leadership. Fun afternoon and friendly helpful staff. Disappointed that they didn’t have all the beers in stock. Also no option of non alcoholic beers. Other than that it was a fun time. Machine got stuck once but they were very attentive and fixed the issue.
Been going to this place for 5 years. One of the best places in GTA for bowling. Staff is Courteous and Friendly Large area can accomodate Parties and Events Restrooms Cleaned…Food and Drinks Prices are little expensive…Comfortable Seating..Parking Available
No one with common sense should come to this place. We came as a group of 10, and I said from the beginning that I wanted two line. I waited in line for 4 hours, and when it was my turn, they said there was only one line available. If there was no space, why did you make me wait there for 4 hours? I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I will tell all my acquaintances not to come here!
