This place is gross! I came years ago and ordered a hot dog PLAIN. They brought it to me with ketchup, no problem. I then asked for it to be PLAIN again and then apologized and brought me what I thought was a new one. They scraped the ketchup off and gave it back to me. It was still soaked into the bun. I came back a few weeks ago hoping everything would be different, NOPE! I had hair in my fries and got treated with disrespect when I told them it was ridiculous! Never going back again!
Customer service is really bad . No one attend calls . Have been calling since long no one is attending
I really wish to love this place. I have been coming to bowlerama / bowlero for years. On this occasion we brought our handicapped friend to bowl and after a single round was refused. After explaining the past brain injuries to the server, and how his balance and reasoning is compromised, we left early and it ruined his birthday. Please if you have anywhere else to go for a special occasion go there, bowlero is a cash grab cycling paid customers in and out.
