Saturday night at 7:45pm. Only 1 employee working the check in. Stood 10 minutes in line to be told “30-45 minute wait” when multiple lanes not being used. Makes zero sense. Got a drink at the bar while waiting and bartender messed up the order. Played arcade games while waiting but was so busy with everyone on the waitlist also killing time in the arcade so wasn’t worth it. 2 restrooms on each side and the women’s was down all night at one of them. Very strange experience…
Terrible waitlist system. 45mn wait when only 10 lanes being used due to “online reservations”. Pfffff
