If I could give Anna zero stars, I would. Every time we come in, she creates an issue with someone and is consistently rude to customers. Her attitude has become a recurring problem, and it’s reached the point where multiple league bowlers and other regular customers have said they no longer want to come to this bowling alley because of their interactions with her. The staff was wonderful and we had a great time! I haven't been to this particular bowling alley in maybe 13years and it's a shame it's a Bowlero/Lucky Strike but I'm glad we still have a bowling alley in Apopka! 🎳
I spent well over $100 at this location and will say I don’t think I’ll be going back. I love bowling and i haven’t gone bowling since I moved here to Florida in 2023. It was just 2 of us trying to have a date night and instead of going to the club we thought bowling. I mean they have music, lights, and even advertised an “After Party”.
