This place is okay but it is more pricey than other bowling places. We had an error when we started as not all players were showing and we asked for help so they reset our game but then they charged us for that as an extra game, which feels unfair.
What terrible service. I do not recommend going to this place. Be very careful when you go to pay because they charge you double. On Sunday we went to play and ordered 4 drinks. The waiter came over and asked if we wanted anything else because they were about to close, and we said another round. Time passed and he never brought anything. When we paid, the second round was included. We complained, and the waiter insisted that he had brought us 7 drinks, when there were only 4 glasses on the table. Bathrooms were gross and were never cleaned. The pizza was greasy and the rest of the food was mediocre. They will not give you tap water or let you bring in an empty water bottle. They insist on selling you bottled water even if you buy food and beer. Most of the workers including the manager were rude and condescending when asked for tap water or anything. We were told we could use the water fountain on the other end of the ally. Seems always like they want people to get sick, this could be why the bathrooms were so gross.... read more
