If I could give it 0, I would. Lanes were broken and pins were falling out when reset. Food was greasy. Milk shakes used expired milk. Kids got sick from drinking them. They refused to issue refunds for our games even though the lane broke every other roll. Cups of liquor were left at our table (we didn’t order). Right where the kids could access it. Ordered a brownie Sunday and ice cream was brought to me in a puddle surrounding the brownie. Do not recommend. Literally anywhere else is better.
It has a nice vibe. Fun time.
We celebrated my niece’s big day at Bowlero Annandale, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The manager, Gigi, gave us a warm welcome and made sure everything was set up perfectly for the occasion. She was kind and professional, which made a great first impression. Our server, Ibra, was incredibly attentive throughout the event. He checked in frequently, made sure everyone had what they needed, and kept the energy positive. I don't normally bowl at this location, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I understand that all of the facilities are being renovated and they look great, but I wish they would reserve a couple of lanes for those people who just want to bowl, be able to see the lanes, and not be distracted by a party environment.
