I had a birthday party here for my 13 year old and I mistakenly booked at the wrong location but the team here helped fix the issue asap and the event was a huge success. Big thank you to Darah Alexander, Nakeisha Mix and Tavia Smith! Great customer service, very clean bowling alley and great food.

Thanks for ruining the best alley in Charlotte. Last night was my first and last time bowling on string pins. No pin action. Strings knocking down pins that shouldn’t have been falling. Had high hopes when they changed ownership but they have let me down. Hopefully the money you save with those cheap pins on stings, will make up for business lost.

Under new ownership! We liked that they brought the booths back and the lanes seem to be functioning better. However, the food service was very very slow and you have to order from the counter. No lane service now. Not a single person came to our lane to serve us. I think it took 45 min for pretzels to be ready. We had to retrieve them ourselves. No water.
