Every time I go here the food is amazing and the service is impeccable. The servers are always very friendly and create a very welcoming environment.

Weird waitress. I overheard her asking for a tip after there clearly was no tip. I was a waitress before and this behavior is not normal. She then started to make passive aggressive remarks like thanks for the no tip. She even went as far as to walk out the resturant and keep screaming Thank you! Passive aggressively. It really ruined the dining experience since this used to be a comfort food restaurant for my family. I just moved to the area for work so I was excited for some Vietnamese options. As I arrived, it seemed like it took quite some time to be seated for how many tables were open. Though I was patient, customers behind me started piling in and complaining but it didnt seem like they were understaffed for the amount of people that were there. The hostess said "how many?". We’ve eaten here multiple times and usually get the pad Thai and it’s wonderful. Well today we ordered it for lunch and it was cooked in old hard water and tasted that way too. Told the waiter and he got the manager who insisted it was fish oil. I’d eaten the pad Thai many times and told her it was not the same and tasted terrible. She basically said that’s how it taste and charged us for it anyways even though we told them to just throw it away.
