I've been to this place many times, but I will NEVER go there again because the waitress is racist. Whenever I went with my Asian friends, her attitude was terrible. For example, one time we ordered fried spring rolls, but she brought us the wrong dish. When we pointed it out, instead of simply fixing the mistake, she started complaining about having to pay for it—when it was clearly her job. Awesome customer service very professional and helpful had a very exciting vegan menu I’ll definitely come again thank you guys so much came from Michigan to taste their pho and it was very delicious
My partner and I came to bowl of pho during their lunch rush in which we we're acknowledged by the staff that a table would be up shortly, afterwards another wave of consumers would come in a group of 2 and 3, after we were sat, some time had passed before we had let the host know we were ready to order as he was handing out the menus (we do take out a lot so we knew what we wanted) and he let us know that he'd communicate this with our server.
