I've been searching for really good Szechuan food since moving here from Houston four years ago and the Hot Pepper Popcorn Chicken here is the by far the closest I've found. Crispy, tender, flavorful, really well seasoned (though quite salty). They have a ton of my favorite Szechuan dishes on their "traditional" menu and I'll definitely be back to try them.
