Top notch service from Conrad and Simon today from the moment we arrived Conrad put my daughter at ease this was her first purchase of a car dealing with all the finance etc, Conrad first took us for a test drive explaining everything we asked then went out of his way with Simon to ensure we could drive the car away that day. I travelled to Preston to view the car, but it hadn’t arrived and the salesman I spoke with didn’t even know the car was going to be available. Easiest sale of his life. Bad experience here. Poor customer service, poor service. All they do is charge extortionate amounts for what they would call a “job” and don’t even do the job right. They're very good at taking your car/issues in but once they’ve got it they do not care what happens. Only there for the pay they can’t even put in the minimum efforts to do a job. Don’t take your car here they will hold it hostage for longer than they’ll let on and you will come out with more issues than when you started, not to mention a lot of money out of y... read more
