overpromising and underdelivering I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at BMW Bowker Blackburn. I had taken my Mini in for repairs, which, under normal circumstances, should have been covered by the warranty. However, not only did Bowker refuse to take responsibility for the work, but I was also left with a hefty bill of nearly £300 when I had been assured that the repairs would be covered. We came to this dealers based on the mini we wanted to buy but are so glad we did as the staff are fantastic! Patric was so helpful and new everything about the mini we wanted and more. Seb made the collection process and paperwork really easy. Overall I'd highly recommend this dealers to anyone . Easily 5☆ rating
Honesty Would be the best policy !!! Having visited your Mini showroom Saturday 22nd February , we took a Mini Clubman for a test drive having spoken to Joey the Sales Representative. We placed a £500 deposit for the car we liked . Having thought about it over the weekend ( this was going to be a second car ) we decided that the car was too expensive to be sat on the drive for the little use it would get . Had to take last review off instead of 3 Mini Coopers we have now upgraded to a nearly brand new new one Joey has been brilliant especially dealing with someone like me not easy it’s now 4 but can’t wait to pick it up great experience anyone buying a mini go there you won’t be disappointed
