I recently had Herb Electrical Service wire the electrical for our new hot tub and I was very happy with the entire experience. Chris was very easy to deal with and came round and gave me a good reasonable quote. The work involved some contractor work as wore had to be run under cement and our lawn and the guys he works with did great work and cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate. He gave me updates and was very happy with the clear communication. If I need any more electrical work done I know where to go.

Had these guys come out to do some electrical work for an addition we are doing. They do excellent work for a very fair price and to top it off they are really easy to work with. Also they do not drag their feet, they were in and out in a day (other companies told us it would take multiple days). Definitely will be calling these guys for all our electrical needs.
Herb Electrical Service needs to concentrate on their employees and retain them. Their mentality leaves much to be desired. Hopefully, one day they will realize how valuable their employees are before service truck and field personnel leave the company. Good employees make a business or officers and office staff would be in the field performing the requests of the customers. From experience I can attest this group does excellent work!
We had a problem with wiring in a switch, it was later in the day and I called Herb Electrical Service Electrician to explain what was going on. He told me he’d stop by that evening on the way home to look at it. I tried to tell him to wait until the next day since it was getting late and he insisted to make sure we were safe that night. He stayed until he fixed the problem and went over a few other areas that he was concerned with. You can tell he cares about what he does and people. We’ll definitely use them in the future.
