I started going to PT in April of this year. Since then, I’ve had several call-outs. On several occasions, they were less than 24 hours in advance, but I was never charged the extra $50 cancellation fee, even after signing the policy. I’m not sure if this was because when the owner/receptionist called, I would reschedule. This last time, however, I was unable to reschedule due to exercise conflicts, and I was charged. Dr. Pamela Soto has a calling on her life to provide this type of service to patients. Furthermore, the entire staff and other physicians and physical therapists who work there are so kind, so helpful. May this practice never lose its purpose!
Kevin and Pamela are outstanding physical therapists! I see each for a different reason. They are thorough in their assessments and they communicate with each other which I really appreciate.
