Did business with owner in the past. Saw poor reviews since I last "worked" with them. Called, lined everything up and they vanished. Stood me up.

Posting a second time since there was two appliance issues. DO NOT USE THIS TECHNICIAN. I asked JD Appliance to fix two appliances - a dishwasher and an oven. After having him tear the dishwasher apart and watching Joseph Google how to fix an LG dishwasher he said he could not fix it. He then took numerous personal phone calls. Then he moved on to the oven and attempted for several hours to find the problem unsuccessfully.
