Everyone is so nice, professional and full of compassion
When I woke that morning, my chest and my body overall felt awful. God directed me to go to the urgent care. I didn't want to alarm family, so I drove myself there. They took me right away and began running test. Their diagnosis was an enlarged heart. It wasn't long before they decided to send me by ambulance to Washington Hospital Center. I told them I would go home first and make arrangements, then take myself. They disagreed and insisted that they would send me immediately. I cannot thank them enough for the great job they did and how they made me feel. I got there with chest tightness and difficulty breathing and the entire team was wonderful-from the doctor, the nurses, the tech, as they run all needed tests. Theyd even check on me-little things that mean a lot like asking me if I needed a blanket, or something to drink, or I wanted to watch TV. Great work! Thank you!
