This is a very nice and clean storage unit. However, I have had multiple issues with the gate being broken or not opening, meaning I cannot access items in my storage unit when needed. When you call the number, it’s a call center with individuals answering who you can barely understand. I always have to wait on hold for them to get answers about why the gate isn’t opening.
