If I could give zero stars I would, both of my grandparents passed away and the lights where in their name so about 2 months ago I called up there and gave them my information to have it swapped into my name , then today 30 minutes before they close they shut my lights off and are making me repay my deposit due to their negligence. Grateful for such hard working men and women with this cooperative. They are quick to respond & care about their members! Outages will happen there is no stopping them. I'm grateful for their quick response . Great Co-Op
Regular outages, and often takes a good deal of time to come back on. Maybe they're understaffed, maybe they just don't care. Regardless, there's no excuse for this frequency of outages. Especially considering that it often goes out with little to no bad weather.
Well, another stormy year has passed and I have to say, I have been fortunate to have maintained power, or at least have had it restored relatively quickly when compared to other providers in the area. So I will take the liberty to yet again, update my review and my star rating, (as I am CEO, president, director of the board and sole proprietor of my Google review account). We've only lived in the area for 5 months, and have lost power 3 times. Currently in an outage right now. The first two times were weather related, so a part of me understands, but the fact that it's taken over 2 to 3 days to get power back those first two times is just ridiculous. Right now the weather is great. No storms or wind, and yet here I am, in my car, with my 3 year old and 11 month old, while 24 weeks pregnant, waiting for power to come back on, while my toddler and infant are crying because they don't understand ... read more
