I have been residing at 808 Belmont Reserve Row, Belmont NC built by Bower Traust in 2016. Its a lovely home except the attic portion was never sealed properly and has allowed bats to gain access. Additionally, the pest control I hired to amelioate the bat issue said he has visited several homes in this complex for the same issue. We are figuratively called the bat homes in Belmont by pest contractors. The repair cost $2000.00!

Two years after buying one of the properties (BELMONT RESERVE) that Bower TRAUST built I am understanding the lack of craftsmanship that Bower Traust places in their construction. working to change out simple things like electrical outlets/fixtures, I am now seeing the poorly or shoddily wiring work. Plumbing that was not done well or attached appropriately. The wrong peticock (freeze-safe) installed and the slap dashed repaired.
