The exam and ordering of contacts went very well, however follow up communication was poor. I have called 4 times leaving messages with no response. I don't understand why they don't actually answer their phone then don't respond to messages. I will be looking for a different provider next year.
After seeing three other providers, Dr. Young was able to diagnose the vision issue causing my dizziness and prescribe a small prism prescription that has helped me so much! The office is also very clean and organized, and all the staff have been kind, caring, and professional. Staff was very accommodating when i had to reschedule my first appoinment as well as when there was a billing issue in regards to my prescription (thanks so much!)
