Over the phone & in person they were great! They determined we had bats. We accepted the work A month goes by & we started seeing bed bugs. Had Orkin come & we explained our situation. They took a bug back and determined it was bat bugs. Mr Bowers never mentioned these to us. They live off the bats & once the bats left flooded into the house. Strike one Had a destructive chipmunk.
