Dr. Bowers and her team are incredible! Dr. Bowers was so patient and took her time getting to know my dog and providing her with treats so that my dog built trust in her!! I’m so thankful to find such a genuinely caring and affordable vet!
Dr. Bowers is outstanding!!!!! She is knowledgeable, efficient, kind, empathetic, and incredibly informative and practical. She has taken the best care of our cats, and we trust her completely. What truly sets Dr. Bowers apart is how level-headed and calm she is. I walked in to inquire about our pets becoming new patients at the clinic. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her because I had questions. Strike 3 & out the door I went. I REFUSE to put our fur babies in anyone's care that is going to act in the manner she did. What a disgrace. I wonder how many other would be patients they have lost due to this individual. 🤔
I would like to say that this vet clinic has been very supportive and friendly to us for many years. They have done an amazing job with all of our pets. We have been going there for a long time and Dr. Bowers is great! We just had our pup neutered there yesterday. I called with a question today while it was there lunch break that I didn't realize. Get this!! They saw my missed call and called me back!! Who even does that anymore!?! It was amazing and they are so helpful! We love them!
