Car unexpectedly gave out on a Sunday while making a simple turn. Contacted insurance and within about 20 minutes, I was matched with a local tow provider. Bower's arrived 20 minutes before ETA given by insurance and transported my vehicle to the requested shop. Even offered to drop me off at my home afterwards. These guys are great! Company vehicle was totaled, what a mess, and these two brothers really went out of their way to help us.
My truck broke down north of sturgis, so I called Bowers. They came right out and got my car to the repair place. It was 5 and I was afraid it would be a long wait. Also cheaper than I expected. Nice guy too.
When we had our accident in 2023. He was very nice guy when he picked up our Renegade, and they had our Renegade over the weekend tell Monday. Our body shop open. I wish I could show our pictures what we hit. And what it looks like now. Our body shop did a wonderful job.
