They finished days in advance, did a good job and even cleaned the car.
Staff damaged my van when it was in for insurance repairs. Bowers refused to repair the damage they caused. Update 2025, NRMA lost a court case due to Bower's negligence and fraudulant work. It cost them three times as much than if Bower's did honest work.
Couldn't be more happy with my repairs. Reception staff are very friendly and accommodating
The team at Bowers did an excellent job in repairing my car, communication on progress of the repairs was great and very helpful. When I had issues with the replacement rental car they went well ver and above to assist me. Particular thanks to Mark, Kelly and Kenneth.
My car was repaired and looks great, a few negatives like their communication could improve to make it more easier with what’s going on progress wise but other than that it’s all gee
