DON'T USE Bowers!!!!!! Bowers is responsible for missing this!!! they did not do a good inspection!! and didn't notice the damaged floor due to water damage acs is not responsible for structural as a person fell thru. They still have not itemized and priced for INSURANCE and we're in Feb, the affiliated co did tear out but not secure as family member fell thru what should have been removed Bowers said not there problem no sympathy/empathy to contact acs even tho Bowers recommended/or affiliated. they obviously don't want the... read more
