I had been taking my Duramax into a local Salem shop. I really like the owner of that shop and want to support his business. However, he isn't the guy doing the work. The mechanic was missing some real basic stuff; replacing dipsticks, reattaching hubs, tightening connectors etc. Really got me thinking, "what else is he missing?" I have had a personal connection to James Bower through is father-in-law for many years. I know he is a man of integrity and is good for his word. That gives me confidence when I take my truck in!
