Every time you ask a question, like how much I can deduct from donations, you get charged $80 you ask 3 questions you get charged $250 What a racquet, you can’t even talk to your accountant to ask questions, after been a customer for 30 years this is the courtesy you get

Called Syracuse office first, spoke with receptionist what transferred me to a voicemail system. Left a detailed message and nobody ever returned the call. Later tried emailing the Watertown office. Again, a fairly detailed introduction and zero response. I can understand that maybe their services were not compatible with my needs, but very unprofessional to not respond at all.
