I like to thank Dan and employees for the great work they did on my Toyota Highlander it was great customer service and they informed me of all the details while they had my vehicle. From the time I spoke with Dan until I picked up my vehicle it was nothing but an amazing experience. He and his staff were kind and kept me updated during the 5 days he had my vehicle. In the process one of the parts was damaged he called to let me know and handled getting the part replaced by the insurance company. I appreciate the professionalism that was extended.
I would highly recommend Bauer Auto Body. I’ve dealt with many different shops before and these guys are tops. They are professional, caring and do exceptional work. But more importantly they care about the work they do and the person who owns the vehicle. My car has never looked better!
I needed a side view mirror on my Toyota Tacoma. Dave wrote up an estimate, ordered the part, explained how much it would be and how long it would take to install. The part came in, and it was installed in minutes. These guys are honest, hard working and very trustworthy. If I have a need for body work on any of my vehicles, I wouldn't hesitate to bring the business to them.
