Absolutely great customer service. Bought a mini jcw from Bowerhill Trade Centre for my son. After being messed around by three so called big National car dealers with little customer care we decided for Plan B and buy Local. We called Bowerhill the night before ( 6.30pm ) on a friday to ask if it was possible to Veiw the car with the option to buy and take away. I'm a widow who knows next to nothing about cars and had to buy another when mine had too much wrong with it. John was incredibly helpful and made it so easy for me.
