The new deployment of the Anima app and process is shocking , used it 3 or 4 times fr myself or kids and is appalling.
How are we supposed to use anima effectively when booking an appointment and sending a message are both turned off. Impossible to speak to a human without having to go through completely irrelevant questions, not impressed
I only registered a few months ago, seemed like a good practice. Until I phoned today to make an appointment. They don't take appointments over the phone, even though they answered the phone. What a joke. I wouldn't have registered if I knew that. I'll have to try and find another doctors now. I'll just sit in pain in the meantime. Let's hope it is isn't cancer, eh?
I have just been in the surgery this morning I would love to say how wonderful and friendly the nurses and receptionist are. I have one complaint how hot it is in nurse Shelly’s room was needs to be sorted out soon
The grass isn’t always greener. A friendly, modern and accessible GP for basic needs. The nurses for routine check ups such as injections, asthma, smears, or contraception reviews are lovely. The physios also very informative. They will all always recognise you and treat you as a person. Their NHS app works well for repeat prescriptions and you can email them directly for anything else.
