Went for one session. The councillor was more nosey about my situation than anything. After getting out my ‘story’, I was told that I “handled my situation with more grace, and empathy than she ever could”. She went over some tips for coping with flash backs, flare ups, etc - and was going to email them to me. However, I never ever did get an email.
