I started seeing Annie during my recovery from cancer treatments and surgery. My body was very stuck and stiff from all of the time I had spent in bed, and I was trying to regain some movement. Annie's work is so subtle that you would not expect it to achieve big results. But she was able to help me resolve stubborn respiratory issues that I had been dealing with for years. Not only are her techniques effective but she is also full of helpful suggestions and encouragement for (simple) lifestyle changes that have helped as well. I feel grateful to have found her and will definitely return to see her if needed.
