Not to many women of color who have a doctorate degree for women so that's good ,she works with all races of women no discrimination.. delivered my baby on time .and will always recommend her . The people that put up negative reviews for others need to find a new doctor or a new job
Dr. Bowens herself is wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and gracious BUT her clinic is absolutely terrible. It is a tiny, DIRTY unit. They schedule about 5 people, maybe more, at the same time making everyone’s wait time over an hour. 80% of her staff is rude and dismissive. Bathrooms are extremely small, toilet facing the wall with about a foot or less of leg space, and no purse hooks or paper towels available. Dr. Karol bowens is the WORST gynecologist I’ve ever had to deal with. Completely cold and dismissive. You will be waiting hours to even be seen by her, she has not helped me at all with my irregular periods and has tried to blame it on my weight when I’ve had these issues before I was big. I genuinely recommend you do not waste your time seeing her, she will not help you in any way and she will disrespect you and she also disrespects the staff, I even had a nurse apologize to me on the doctors behalf. HORRIBLE
Lots of wait time felt dismissed and I had to call multiple times to get things done very bad patient care experience
