I was nervous about being referred to this ob office, but from my 2 appointments I would have to say the staff are kind and they do work hard to get as many patients seen as possible. It did take over an hour to be done both times but it is not the staff fault that they serve a heavily populated area. The inside of the clinic is dated and the parking lot was so full and needs to be redone.
My experience at this clinic was very poor. Despite being referred here, I found the medical staff to be dismissive and the nurse(s)/ doctor to be quite rude. I felt rushed by the doctor, who failed to provide a full report of my lab results or address my concerns. The overall environment is not supportive for pregnant patients. Save your time and find a facility that prioritizes patient care and clear communication.
