Dr. Bowens was nice and patient with me, she took the time to review my paperwork and in the end recommended me to see a fertility specialist. The wait time was reasonable. The clinic was clean. Receptionist were nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was someone else in the room with her, not sure why since she’s a female doctor. I’m not used to that so I felt uncomfortable at first, but got over it.
Office space seems great but I would say the staff need some more professional training. So that people’s personal information is shared with everyone in the waiting lobby. For example one of the staff walking outside into the lobby to speak to a colleague at the front about patient procedures. I think that is very inappropriate, and unprofessional for a medical office.
