My wife called 2 weeks ago (admittedly after hours) and left a message about wanting to schedule an appointment. She has yet to receive the courtesy of a response. We were recommend this place over others in the area by existing customers. Even a courtesy call to say sorry, we're booked and no longer taking new clients would have been preferable over being ghosted.
