Absolutely first rate experience. Mike Bowen in sales guided me expertly, helping me make good choices throughout the process. He was patient, gave sound advice, and I never felt any pressure. Highly recommended, especially if you’re going for a top-quality product. In my case I chose (Canadian made) ‘Loewen’ and am very happy that I did.
Our windows were installed 32 years ago. We had double and triple glaze windows installed and not one seal has leaked. Today, we had weather stripping replaced on a few windows and roto gear on one window. That’s a quality product and professional installation.
I just wanted to drop a note about the excellent service I got from John D. at Bowen Windows. I was having an issue with a Lowen door that Bowen had supplied 17 years ago. John not only diagnosed the problem remotely from a couple of pictures, but also supplied the part I needed to repair the door and showed me how to effect the repair.
