I've interacted with Dr. Bowen's staff over the phone several times, and they have always been kind, prompt, and professional. They are very modest about all of the compassionate work they do with local shelters. A wonderful group of folks.
Extremely rude employees whom I dealt with!! I will most definitely never recommend or use this vet! Maybe guys employees should go through some training! Highly disappointed!!
