Bowen ordered and installed the wrong parts on my truck. My truck began shaking violently the next day. I stopped at a near by tire store where they simply looked at my truck and informed me the wrong parts were put on my truck. My husband called to see what to do about getting the error fixed as this is our primary source of transportation. Becky answered the phone and was very rude because we had taken the truck elsewhere.
