What everyone says in every other review. Great place, clear well maintained water, hot clean showers and a water cooled bubbler. It was cool morning for Bowen, but the water was warm compared to what I’m used to. All for the price of $0.00. Friendly staff, friendly locals. What’s not to like. Even has a canteen (which i didn’t get to sample as it was before breakfast).
Stopped in for swim this afternoon. It was a windy day and the water was a little too cool. But the hot shower after was worth the visit. And it is free. Please support the kiosk by purchasing some snacks or drinks. Thanks to the local cpuncil for providing this service. I imagine it would be very popular in warmer months.
The best in the city, they have clean bathrooms and showers, everything for free. I totally recommend this place.
