Carmen or what ever the finance guys name is that works there on the weekend was so rude and for us tanked a deal on a ev mustang Mach E. He gave us the first bid that was almost laughable as he wanted to give us a low ball on trade in. ( the 2023 Lexus NX 350h with low miles 23k and in perfect shape and let's just say credit score very high) we told him no and instead of the dog and poney show of him going back and coming back with a real offer the guy told us to give him a number so we did the same thing and gave him a sil... read more
I was thoroughly impressed with the service department. My service advisor, Corinne, was exceptional to work with. The entire staff provided excellent customer service. I would recommend this service department.
Terrible experience!! Took our RV there due to an engine rattle. They said they found metal shavings in the oil filter and needed total engine replacement. $11 - 15k to fix. This was totaled for us. Ended up finding a mechanic that we sold it to for $2500. After spending many hours on it, he said there was never any metal shavings in the oil or filter. He found the source of the noise.
